Owner Supervised Program

The Owner Supervised Program (OSP) is a state approved program, to help water districts plan future waterline improvement projects.  The OSP reviews the District’s current facilities with an assessment for system improvements to meet the current and future customer water use demands.

Improvements are grouped into three separate types, based on priority of need, with Type I Improvements having the highest priority.  All of the Improvements have the potential to be completed, but are not set in stone or to be completed in any set order.
